Defence Center Antivirus is not a legitimate and Real Antispyware Program but itself a spyware, more precisely a new kind of rogue antispyware program from the same family of Antivirus Live. Last but not least, Defence Center Antivirus will hijack Internet Explorer so that it will randomly show a warning page with the “Internet Explorer Warning – visiting this web site may harm your computer!” header. Of course, all of above warnings and alerts nothing more but a scam and like false scan results should be ignored!
As you can see, Defence Center Antivirus is a scam that designed with one purpose to trick you into purchasing the so-called full version of the program. Do not fall for these virus creators bait into buying the Rogueware! and if you already have, you should contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.
And now coming back on How to Get Rid of Defence Center Antivirus, you need a solid program to fix the damages, the rogue has caused. It alters files, folders,permissions and registry keys.
Though some anti-Malware programs like MalwareBytes claim to delete this malicious fake anti-spywares, they cannot correct all the damages it causes
So you need something as good as Reimage, to fix all the damages that was left behind, to delete all the traces completely….to revive your PC from malicious trojans that may still reside and make your PC slow and to stop from getting re-infected.

Rising above the time constraint, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a telephony technology that allows round the clock link of the company to its customers and subsequently usher in remarkable benefits.
This technology comes handy in times when ‘instant’ is the mantra and nobody has the time to wait to acquire the requisite information or service. The technology has also emerged as an ideal choice in tough times when companies are looking for more at a lesser price. The IVR works on the principal that all customers do not need personal assistance and can resolve their problem if just guided properly. The technology is also a boon to customers who do not have to wait for their turn for every small thing and waste money by holding the line.
In case of inbound campaigns, as soon as the customer calls, he is directed to IVR where he follows various instructions and seeks the desired information by selecting various menu options. In case of confusion, he can always switch over and get connected to a live agent. This induces a kind of self service in customers.
IVR also comes handy in case of outbound campaigns, where same message needs to be communicated to large segment of people. Adding predictive dialers to IVR, that message can be spread across within no time.
But then one really needs to be cautious while selecting an ideal IVR provider as the thumb rule is that a customer will never give you a second chance. If first experience is not a positive one then chances of second chance reduce by almost 70-80 per cent. Call center can opt for bi-lingual or multi-lingual IVR depending on the lingua franca of the population and similarly depending on scale of operations can opt for auto or predictive dialers.
The company also needs to ensure that IVR message has 100 per cent voice clarity, with simple directions that facilitate working otherwise, the customer might just get confused.
The more advanced IVR allow callers to interact with a company on a much greater scale. For example you could set up an IVR to retrieve specific account information that is relayed to the caller through the implementation of text-to-speech recognition technology.
Ultimately, complete planning by call center is done to give a pleasurable experience to the customers. So an IVR should be such that it not only enhances productivity and profit, but is also time and money saving for both company and customer. So whether it’s a mobile company, credit card company, banking services, scheduling car maintenance, university class registration, checking flight schedule or railway enquiry, IVR dominates the scene.

Virtual Call Centers Create More American Jobs for Seniors Suffering in Economic Downturn

Seniors are quickly becoming the worst-hit demographic sector in the US economic woes. An analysis from the Consumer Bankruptcy Project shows that the bankruptcy rate for older Americans 55-plus has soared and the older the age group, the worse the statistics get. Jobs for seniors are scarce, but one company is helping to create new opportunities and part-time jobs for seniors that fit their lifestyles. Nurture Connect, Inc. has launched a national network of “virtual call centers” that allow seniors to work at home providing customer support services for companies that are quickly finding value in the talents that mature Americans have to offer.
The Consumer Bankruptcy Project report published in Harvard Law & Policy Review revealed that individuals 65 and older became twice as likely to file bankruptcy in the sampling period of 2001-2007, and among seniors 75 and older the rate more than quadrupled. Protecting and developing part-time and full time jobs for senior citizens is not currently being given top priority in the national dialogue and stimulus plan.
“A significant number of Americans are entering their elder years with a large amount of debt and often are still incurring debt to meet their medical needs,” said Shana Duthie, founder and CEO of Nurture Connect. “They are struggling to survive on fixed incomes that in many cases have taken a tremendous hit due to investments losing value. Many seniors are coming out of retirement to find employment again, and the tight labor market is challenging for them at best.”

This technology comes handy in times when ‘instant’ is the mantra and nobody has the time to wait to acquire the requisite information or service. The technology has also emerged as an ideal choice in tough times when companies are looking for more at a lesser price. The IVR works on the principal that all customers do not need personal assistance and can resolve their problem if just guided properly. The technology is also a boon to customers who do not have to wait for their turn for every small thing and waste money by holding the line.
In case of inbound campaigns, as soon as the customer calls, he is directed to IVR where he follows various instructions and seeks the desired information by selecting various menu options. In case of confusion, he can always switch over and get connected to a live agent. This induces a kind of self service in customers.
IVR also comes handy in case of outbound campaigns, where same message needs to be communicated to large segment of people. Adding predictive dialers to IVR, that message can be spread across within no time.
But then one really needs to be cautious while selecting an ideal IVR provider as the thumb rule is that a customer will never give you a second chance. If first experience is not a positive one then chances of second chance reduce by almost 70-80 per cent. Call center can opt for bi-lingual or multi-lingual IVR depending on the lingua franca of the population and similarly depending on scale of operations can opt for auto or predictive dialers.
The company also needs to ensure that IVR message has 100 per cent voice clarity, with simple directions that facilitate working otherwise, the customer might just get confused.
The more advanced IVR allow callers to interact with a company on a much greater scale. For example you could set up an IVR to retrieve specific account information that is relayed to the caller through the implementation of text-to-speech recognition technology.
Ultimately, complete planning by call center is done to give a pleasurable experience to the customers. So an IVR should be such that it not only enhances productivity and profit, but is also time and money saving for both company and customer. So whether it’s a mobile company, credit card company, banking services, scheduling car maintenance, university class registration, checking flight schedule or railway enquiry, IVR dominates the scene.
