Richard Cooper: Yes. Ive done a little bit of homework on this because there are always problems with folks that are getting barraged with harassing calls from creditors and bill collectors. It actually works for telemarketers. Thats part of the scheme because all of these companies tend to use what is called a predictive dialer. Ive got a bit of a background in the collection industry and Ive had some exposure with the predictive dialer and the way that it works. Its basically an outbound phone tool thats used by most large call centers. So your collection agents, your banks, your telemarketers whore trying to sell you windows, doors and laundry care and that sort of stuff. What they do is they basically hire one person for every three lines that theyre going to dial out because they waste a lot of resources dialing the phone not getting answers, getting answering machines not in service that sort of things.
