TouchStar today announces expansion in the international call center market. Hundreds of call centers outside of the United States have purchased or expanded their TouchStar call center technology in 2007.

TouchStar has diligently worked towards building relationships worldwide with customers, distributors, industry associations, educational institutions and government entities in the last two years. TouchStar has also contributed knowledge to the global call center industry through trade show participation, educational material and training. These contributions to the international call center community have been the key to TouchStar’s international growth.

Steve Bederman, TouchStar’s CEO, has participated in several global events. Recently, Steve engaged in a panel discussion about the workforce and evolving ICT/ITES hub development models at the Cebu ICT Conference in Cebu, Phillipines. This month, Steve spoke at the BPO Summit in Monterrey, Mexico. He shared his expertise on world class telecommunications and technology infrastructure for global call centers and business process outsourcing services.
