Five9 Will Showcase Latest Call Center Platform

Five9, an on-demand call center software solution provider, recently announced the upcoming release of the second generation of the Five9 Cloud Computing Center. Five9 prepares to show the updated platform for the first time at Salesforce.com’s Dreamforce Global Gathering, which is being held in San Francisco from December 6-9.

The Five9 Virtual Call Center Suite is an innovative solution that is ideal for companies interested in outbound or inbound calling. The suite has many applications, including ones for customer support, telemarketing, sales and more. Version 2 will have many updated and new features.

The next generation of the Five9 Cloud Computing Platform will include workforce management applications, application programming interface (APIs) and reporting web services API, among others. The reporting services application will be useful for analytics or accessing historical data.

The CTO of Five9, Jim Dvorkin, commented on their latest update. He said, “The Five9 Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centers elevates our integration between Salesforce.com and the Five9 Virtual Call Center Suite to a new level of sophistication.”

One of the most sophisticated tools on the Five9 suite is the Five9 Adapter for Salesforce, which gives real-time metrics, agent monitoring and more. One great advantage for customers who use this feature is that they can automatically take leads from Salesforce.com and add them to their dialing campaign on Five9’s software. The Five9 Suite is also compatible with the Salesforce Service Cloud Console, which offers in-depth reporting, particularly call reporting.
