While smartphones sit at a 30 percent market share, industry analyst predictions suggest they could hit 50 percent by the year end.

The healthcare industry truly needs to be ready for the next generation of call center requirements and CRM that make use of the smartphone and Hallick and CPM Marketing Group are positioning the new Mobile ICRM application as the breakthrough technology to make that happen.
