Mobile ICRM Call Center Software Toolkit Offered by CPM Marketing Group

CPM Marketing Group, a provider of healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) and strategic marketing solutions, has announced the availability of the Mobile ICRM Tool Kit. This launch extends the company’s activities to mobile devices, allowing smartphone and mobile device apps to be connected to the company’s CRM database, call center and predictive models.

While the Mobile ICRM Tool Kit is initially available for Apple’s iOS4 and Google’s Android platform, CRM Marketing Group expects to extend the solution to other platforms. This strategy will be guided according to market trends.

According to John Hallick, president and CEO of CPM Marketing Group, it has become clear to the company that a substantial portion of future call center communications and transactions in the healthcare industry will be conducted on mobile devices. While smartphones sit at a 30 percent market share, industry analyst predictions suggest they could hit 50 percent by the year end.

Hallick noted that nearly every hospital he talks with has purchased apps, developed apps or are in the app planning stage. The healthcare industry truly needs to be ready for the next generation of call center requirements and CRM that make use of the smartphone and Hallick and CPM Marketing Group are positioning the new Mobile ICRM application as the breakthrough technology to make that happen.

The Mobile ICRM solution is designed to address the increasing adoption trends of mobile devices to serve as transactional entry points. A unique programming system helps to enhance the CRM capabilities of hospital and healthcare providers, and web and portal developers are enabled to ensure interactive intelligence is delivered to mobile apps in real-time.

Hospitals can leverage mobile ICRM to create a new category of interactive apps that will leverage the smartphone’s internal capabilities, including providing the phone’s current location to enhance its usefulness in the call center environment.
